Why condition for golf ?

Golf Is a Highly Athletic Sport

** Amateur golfers achieve approximately 90% of their peak muscle activity when driving a golf ball.
** This is the same lifting intensity as picking up a weight that can only be lifted 4 times before total fatigue!!

Golfers must consider themselves athletes and train using programs scientifically designed to improve integration and synchronisation of the whole body.

Injury and Pain

** At any given time, as many as 30% of all professional golfers are playing injured.
** 53% of male and 45% of female golfers suffer from back pain.
** Those who play golf and other sports are 40% more likely to develop back pain than those who just play golf.

By following a carefully designed exercise program which conditions the golfer specifically for the game of golf, the risk of injury may be reduced. Additionally, a golfer already suffering from an injury will have much greater success returning to the game if his program addresses the underlying cause of the injury.

"The hours I have dedicated to fitness training have paid off. Other guys get tired. You see their shoulders slumpring and dragging. Not everyone considers golf a sport...... you pay the price" Tiger Woods
