TPI Functional Golf Fitness Screen
This screen designed by the Titleist Performance Institute will help detect physical limitations in your body that are preventing you from attaining your best possible swing. The screen provides information about your legs, hips, torso, shoulders, your address posture (backswing, downswing, follow through) and your ability to coordinate your dynamic posture (backswing, downswing, follow through) The results of the screen, and issue of a golf fitness handicap, will be reviewed with you and will be a factor in prescribing the most appropriate and effective golf specific fitness program. The evaluations performed and the exercise programs that I develop are the same as those utilized by PGA Tour Players through the Titleist Performance Institute.

Option 2 - HOME/GYM GOLF CONDITIONING
CAPEC Golf Fitness Level 1
Following the results of your TPI screen, evaluation and golf fitness handicap score, you will receive a 6 week performance improvement system that includes drills and exercises that will attack your physical limitations head on and eliminate them once and for all. Your golf performance improvement system will include a web-based, 6 week training schedule using the MyTPI website. Whether you’re training at the gym or in the comfort of your home, workouts will include specific instructions, pictures, and video demonstrations that can be printed out or downloaded to your ipod for reference.
CAPEC Golf Fitness Level 2
Proving your successful completion of Level 1, that includes progress with reducing or eliminating your physical limitations and a lower golf fitness handicap from the TPI re-screen, your training system will be revised and progressed accordingly from those results. Those fundamental positions and movement patterns introduced in IGF Level 1 become the foundation for advanced motor learning principles and basic exercise progressions. This 6 week training schedule includes all of the features included in IGF Level 1 and is guaranteed to take your golf game one step closer to achieving the distance, accuracy, and swing that you desire!
